🌱 The Amplify Talent is a growth community. It was intentionally designed to help people practitioners and leaders build the learning agility and network equity needed to thrive and grow in the new world of work.

📱 The Amplify Talent Community is a mobile-first platform. It includes dedicated iOS and Android apps to help members effectively and efficiently connect while on the go.

📈 The Amplify Talent Community is a freemium model with sections everyone can access (free), and sections reserved for paid subscribers (premium).

🏠 Home Screen

The home screen will look familiar to anyone using social media platforms. You’ll find the navigation on the left-hand side, the feed for whatever channel you’re accessing in the center, and spotlights for upcoming events and trends posts on the right sidebar.

The home view will be an aggregate view of all the spaces you can access (determined by your membership).

You’ll also find notifications (fully customizable), bookmarks, chat, and your profile in the top right navigation.

🎟️ Events

Events are a HUGE part of the Amplify Talent Community. In this Events tab, you’ll see all the upcoming events you have access to. You can open each event to learn more, RSVP with one click, and add it directly to your calendar with one additional click.

🧠 Exclusive Learning Content

Subscribing members of the Amplify Talent Community will have access to over 20 hours of exclusive video content, including over 20 presentations from past Amplify Talent Leadership Development Cohorts.

Even better, all of the videos are transcribed, timestamped, and searchable by keyword to help you find exactly what you need when you need it.
